We offer sympathetic and expert advice in all areas of family law, including advice on divorce and separation, disputes over children and over family assets. Wherever possible we endeavour to follow the Law Society’s Family Law Protocol which advocates the following approach to family disputes:
- To encourage a constructive and conciliatory approach to the resolution of disputes.
- To encourage the narrowing of issues in dispute and the effectively and timely resolution of disputes.
- To endeavour to minimise any risks to the parties and/or their children and to alert the client to treat safety as a primary concern.
- To endeavour to ensure that costs are not unreasonably incurred.
We provide a competitive and personal service and are happy to discuss with you terms of payment which will enable you to spread costs in a way that suits you. We offer an initial fixed fee consultation when we can provide initial advice on your position and the way in which matters might best be resolved.
